Hudson Park Driving Range is a modern recreational facility that offers relaxed space for golfers of all levels to practice and connect in Strathfield. The driving range featuring upgraded facilities & flexible hours, welcomes beginners, casual players, and regular golfers.

Whether visitors are trying golf for the first time, practising with friends, or working on their technique, the range provides an accessible and relaxed environment. Operating hours extend from early morning to 1:00 am, offering flexibility across a range of schedules.

Originally part of a traditional golf course, Hudson Park was redeveloped in 2022 into a modern driving range with levelled ground, synthetic hitting surfaces, and upgraded target areas.

The facility supports both practice and casual recreation, providing a space for individuals, families, and groups to stay active and spend time together.

Hudson Park Driving Range offers a simple and approachable way to enjoy golf.

PLEASE NOTE: Last balls sold at 12:00am
Range closes at 1:00am.
Please arrive before the cut-off to ensure access.

Operating Times

The Hudson Park Driving Range is open 7 days a week, except on Christmas Day 25 December.

Operating hours may vary during wet weather periods.

Please note the sale of buckets ceases an hour prior to the closing time of the driving range.

Gift vouchers are available using any of the prepaid Value Card options. Customers can purchase them at the main service desk for use as gifts for friends or family.

Strathfield Council values Hudson Park Driving Range as both a community space and a professional facility. To maintain a fair balance between public access and coaching, a limited number of coaching permits are issued each financial year.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there parking available on site?

Yes. On-site parking is available for customers, with a one-hour free parking limit.

All vehicles must register at the parking meters for free one-hour parking. Parking fines may apply for vehicles not registered.

 

Is there an enforced time limit on the hitting bays?

Hitting bays do not usually have a set time limit. Time limits may be introduced during busy periods such as evenings, weekends, and public holidays to support fair access.

 

Are kids & pets welcome at the driving range, and are they allowed to play?

Yes. Children & pets are welcome at the driving range when supervised by an adult.
