How do I renew my parking permit
Parking Permit Renewal – 12‑Month Customers
If you’ve held your parking permit for 12 months, it’s time to renew.
7 days to expiry you will receive an email from Council reminding you to renew your permit.
The renewal process is quick and easy.
How to renew your permit:
- Log in to the online portal
Log In
- Select My permits
- Click Renew next to the permit that is expiring
- Complete the renewal by following the prompts. Your renewed permit will stay showing ‘queued’ status until the current permit expires. Once it expires, the new permit will automatically become active.
- Please note a permit must be ‘Active’. If the status has anything else please call our team for assistance as this means you do NOT have a valid permit.
