How do I renew my parking permit

Parking Permit Renewal – 12‑Month Customers

If you’ve held your parking permit for 12 months, it’s time to renew.

7 days to expiry you will receive an email from Council reminding you to renew your permit.

The renewal process is quick and easy.

How to renew your permit:

  1. Log in to the online portal

  1. Select My permits

  1. Click Renew next to the permit that is expiring

  1. Complete the renewal by following the prompts. Your renewed permit will stay showing ‘queued’ status until the current permit expires. Once it expires, the new permit will automatically become active.
  2. Please note a permit must be ‘Active’. If the status has anything else please call our team for assistance as this means you do NOT have a valid permit.
