Council is aware of the discovery of a Fire Ants nest at the Enfield Intermodal Logistics Centre and is supporting the NSW Government’s response. The NSW Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) has implemented its biosecurity response and will be providing regular updates to Council and the community.

Our Reading Buddies program matches your child with a volunteer for a weekly 30 minute session to practise their reading one-on-one at the library for a school term!
This program is for primary school students (ages 5-12) with a Strathfield Library card who live in or attend a school in the Strathfield Local Government area.
