Think Eat and Move (TEAM)

A FREE online health coaching program to give teenagers the skills to better manage their health through education around healthy eating and physical activity.

The time commitment is just 1–2 hours per week for 8 weeks. You'll be supported by a dedicated health coach and receive exciting freebies!

Learn from home or anywhere that suits you!
Think, Eat and Move runs online so that it is flexible and convenient for you. It takes 8 weeks to complete.
Each week involves doing a 30 minute online learning session accessed via our website, and a 30 minute phone-based appointment with a health coach.
