Starting Monday 24 August, Council staff will begin rubber softfall repair works at Strathfield Park and Ismay Reserve playgrounds. The works are expected to be completed by Wednesday 2 September 2026 (weather permitting). The playground will be closed and inaccessible for the duration of the works.
Works may extend past these dates due to inclement weather.
What is happening?
The works will include:
- repairing the rubber softfall surface
The area highlighted in the below images will be fenced off during this time to ensure the successful repair of these surfaces.
