vPermit One-on-one drop-in sessions at the Library

Council is holding 3 vPermit One-on-one drop-in sessions at the Library to support residents on how to use and navigate the vPermit portal, council's new parking permit system. 

No bookings are required. Please drop by the library between 1-4pm on the below days to receive assistance.

During your one-on-one drop in session, we can help you with:

• How the portal works as a customer from start to finish.
• How to create an account on vPermit.
• Logging in and adding your address to vPermit.
• How to apply for manual verification if your driver's license fails the verification process.
• How to apply for your digital permits.
• Logging back in and make changes to permit registration details.

Your required documentation (Valid vehicle registration documents or Insurance and Drivers Licence or Rates Notice)
