From 9 June 2026, Council Staff will be upgrading Centenary Playground, Alviston St, Strathfield, 2135. The works are expected to be completed by the end of August 2026 (weather permitting). The playground will be closed and inaccessible for the duration of the works.
What is happening?
The works will include:
- Replacement of playground and playground surface,
- New entrance enhancements with new footpaths,
- New Park furniture and park signage, and
- Enhancements to current gardens and landscaped areas.
Signage will be displayed throughout the park.
