Request for Tender T27/2025 - Urban Forest Strategy & Street Tree Masterplan (UFS)
Council invites submissions from qualified tenderers to develop an Urban Forest Strategy and Street Tree Master Plan. These documents will deliver a coordinated, evidence-based framework to protect, manage, and expand the tree canopy across the LGA. The strategy will address the challenges of a changing urban form, respect heritage streetscapes, and accommodate future growth demands.
A detailed description of the requirements is provided in the Request for Tender document. Tender documents will be available from 12 November 2025 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system at: www.tenderlink.com/strathfield
