Please Note that no 603 Certificates will be processed or issued between 1–6 July 2025. This temporary pause is due to the unavailability of the updated Rates and Charges data for the 2025–2026 financial year.
While urgent 603 Certificate requests are typically processed within 24 hours, Strathfield Council will be unable to meet this timeframe during the suspension period. Processing of 603 Certificates will resume on Monday, 7 July 2025. Certificates will then be issued to customers once the updated Rates and Charges are in place.
