Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat

Our performance for October 2025 is “Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” which features such songs as “Any Dream Will Do”, “Close Every Door” and “Go, Go, Go Joseph”.

Told entirely through song, we follow the story of Joseph and his eleven brothers. Jealous of their father’s gift to Joseph of an amazing technicolor dreamcoat, the brothers sell Joseph into slavery and tell their father he is dead. Meanwhile, Joseph ingratiates himself with Egyptian noble Potiphar but ends up in gaol after refusing the advances of Potiphar’s wife. While imprisoned, Joseph discovers his ability to interpret dreams, and he soon finds himself in front of the mighty but troubled, Pharaoh. As Joseph strives to resolve Egypt's famine, he becomes Pharaoh's right-hand man and eventually reunites with his overjoyed father and repentant brothers.
