The much-loved Strathfield Spring Festival returns bringing a vibrant day of family-friendly entertainment, food, rides and a range of activities to Strathfield Park on Saturday 5 September from 10am until 5pm.
Everyone is invited to celebrate the arrival of spring with a packed program featuring live performances, amusement rides, interactive workshops, market stalls, delicious food and entertainment for all ages.
A major highlight of this year's festival will be the appearance of everyone's favourite heelers, Bluey and Bingo, who will be taking to the stage for two Bluey Live Interactive Experiences. While tickets for the three Bluey and Bingo Meet and Greet sessions have sold out, festival-goers can still join in the fun when Bluey and Bingo appear live on stage at 11:20am and 1:15pm.
The festival will transform Strathfield Park into a lively community celebration, with visitors able to enjoy thrilling amusement rides, explore a range of market stalls showcasing unique products, and sample a diverse range of cuisines from around the world.
Families and children will have plenty of opportunities to get involved with hands-on activities throughout the day. The Garden space will offer interactive experiences including seedling planting workshops, flower crown making and a unique butterfly enclosure, encouraging visitors to connect with nature while unleashing their creativity.
For those seeking adventure, the festival will feature an inflatable ninja obstacle course, as well as stunt jump and parkour workshops designed to test agility and develop new skills in a fun and engaging environment.
Animal lovers can enjoy close encounters from 11am until 3pm with friendly farm animals at the petting zoo and experience the excitement of pony rides, while younger visitors can also enjoy face painting and a range of children's activities.
Live entertainment will take centre stage throughout the day, including performances by local dance groups, local schools, the Strathfield Symphony Orchestra and the Strathfield Community Choir.
The Spring Festival celebrates the rich cultural diversity of the community, bringing people together through food, entertainment and shared experiences. With a wide variety of activities and attractions on offer, the festival promises a fun-filled day for people of all ages and a wonderful way to welcome the new season.
