Christmas Carols is back for 2025!

This family fun-filled event will see Strathfield Park turned into a Christmas wonderland with a carols stage program, face painting, jumping castle and more. Plus keep your eyes peeled for a visit and photo with the Big Man in the Red Suit…

A special Christmas themed Movies in the Park screening of 'The Santa Clause' will be sure to get the kids in the Christmas spirit.

Animal Farm

We're bringing the farm to you with this fantastic farming experience! Interact with lambs, kid goats, ducklings, rabbits, chicks and hens.

Jumping Castles

Bursting with excitement and fun, kids of all ages can slide and jump to their hearts content!

Santa & Elves

Be on your best behaviour! Santa and his elves will be on the lookout for anyone on the naughty list.

Kid's Facepainting 

We will have free kids facepainting that will have them grinning from ear-to-ear! 

Kid's Arts and Crafts

Strathfield Council Library will be having a festive arts and crafts session for all our budding young artists to enjoy!

The nearest train station is Strathfield. Buses operate along Homebush Road (Route 480).

Cycling

Ditch the car and ride your bicycle!

Strathfield Park is less than 1km from the Bay to Bay Cycleway. Please see the map for the detour from the Cycleway to the Park.

Accessibility

Strathfield Park is accessible from many directions, including along the roads, Homebush Road and Chalmers Road.

Pathways

Strathfield Park has cemented pathways throughout the park, leading to all facilities. Each synthetic grass field also has a pathway all around their borders. The pathways are suitable for prams, wheelchairs and other devices to assist with movement.

Accessible Parking

Disabled parking spaces are available along the park boundary on Chalmers Road.

Accessible Bathrooms

Accessible bathrooms are located in all three of the amenities buildings on site.

Changing Facilities

Changing facilities are located in all three of the amenities buildings on site. 

Council staff are on hand during events to assist visitors.

Food stallholder applications are now open for Strathfield Christmas Carols. With hundreds of families descending onto Strathfield Park for the evening, we're looking for a variety of cuisines to cater for the community. If you're a local food stall holder, please apply via the form below.
