The purpose of this tender is to seek service proposals from qualified insurance professionals to provide a conceptual solution for pricing and qualitative placement information in relation to the insurance policies and associated risk and insurance services required by Strathfield Municipal Council on behalf of the Strathfield Local Government Area (LGA).
Council is seeking tender responses which involves a competitive pricing and qualitative service analysis exercise. It can include responses from mutual insurance companies or aligned insurance broking service organisations, based on the 2024-2025 financial year (FY2024-2025) cover period, but for placement of Council’s insurances for the 2025-2026 financial period.

Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 15 January 2025 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield.
Lodgement: Tenders are to be lodged electronically in PDF format before the closing time and date to Councils Electronic Tender Box at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield
Non Mandatory Briefing Session: A briefing will be available for all tenderers (as an online meeting) to be held from 12-1pm on 29 January 2025. Tenders wishing to attend should contact Council’s Contact Officer through tender@strathfield.nsw.gov.au to RSVP by 23 January 2025. If a tenderer does not attend, they will not be excluded from the evaluation process.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 4.00pm on 19 February 2025.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
