Adoption of Amendments to Strathfield Community Participation Plan, SCDCP and Site Specific DCP’s

ADOPTION OF AMENDMENTS TO STRATHFIELD COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION PLAN and GENRAL HOUSEKEEPING AMENDMENTS TO STRATHFIELD CONSOLDIATED DCP 2005 and all SITE SPECIFIC DCP’S

Council, at its meeting on 6 October 2020, resolved to adopt amendments to Strathfield Community Participation Plan and Strathfield Consolidated Development Control Plan 2005 (SCDCP 2005) and Site Specific DCP’s. 

More specifically, the the following documents will be amended;

  1. Strathfield Consolidated DCP 2005 – General Introduction
  2. DCP 13 – Strathfield Town Centre
  3. DCP 14 – Part Lot 1 and Lot 2 DP 711168, Davidson Street, Greenacre
  4. DCP 20 – Parramatta Road, Corridor Area
  5. DCP 25 – 79 Courallie Avenue, Homebush West
  6. DCP 26 – 2-6 Pilgrim Avenue and 9-13 Albert Road, Strathfield
  7. Strathfield Community Participation Plan

Pursuant to Clause 21(2) of the EP&A Regulations 2000, Strathfield Council is required to give public notice of the adoption of the Development Control Plan.  The General Introduction, Part A- Dwelling Houses and Ancillary Structures, Part B-Dual Occupancy and Part C – Multiple Unit House of the Strathfield Consolidated DCP 2005 and come into effect from the date of this notice on Council’s website.  All of the above Parts in relation to the Amendment No.12 of the SCDCP 2005 may be viewed online at www.strathfield.nsw.gov.au.
