Description:
Strathfield Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the lease, development and operation of the Hudson Park Driving Range Pro Shop (Pro Shop), located at 108 Arthur Street, Strathfield NSW 2135.
Council is seeking an experienced and innovative operator to develop, manage and enhance the Pro Shop as a key component of the Hudson Park Precinct. This opportunity forms part of Council’s broader vision to transform the precinct into a high-quality golf, leisure and entertainment destination that attracts and engages the wider community.
This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking operator to bring creativity, commercial insight and a community-focus approach to the Pro Shop, playing a central role in shaping the next phase of the Hudson Park Precinct.

Obtaining Documentation: EOI documents will be available from 08 April 2025 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield.
Lodgement: Tenders are to be lodged electronically in PDF format before the closing time and date to Councils Electronic Tender Box at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield
Non-Mandatory Briefing Session: A non-mandatory site briefing and inspection will be available for all tenderers to be held from 2-3pm on Wednesday 30 April 2025 at Hudson Park Driving Range, 108 Arthur Street, Strathfield NSW 2135. Those wishing to attend must book by 4pm on Monday 28 April 2025, bookings can be made via e-mailing the Contact Officer through tender@strathfield.nsw.gov.au to RSVP. If a tenderer does not attend, they will not be excluded from the evaluation process.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 4.00pm on 16 May 2025.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
