CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE
Until further notice, Strathfield Council’s Customer Service Centre is open for face-to-face assistance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am – 2pm.
Customer Service staff will still be available, 8.30am – 5pm weekdays, on the phone on 9748 9999.
Staff are cleaning commonly touched surfaces every 2 hours and hand sanitiser stations are available at all touch points.
We encourage customers who have any flu-like symptoms to consider completing your Council transactions online, or by calling 9748 9999.
STRATHFIELD COUNCIL LIBRARY AND INNOVATION HUB
The Strathfield Library and Innovation Hub will be CLOSED for the duration of the Sydney lockdown, Monday 28 June – Sunday 11 July 2021.
Library Members can continue to reserve and borrow books via the online catalogue and book lockers at Strathfield Library and High Street Community Centre.

PARKS AND OPEN SPACES
Strathfield Council parks, reserves and playgrounds will be closed during the Sydney lockdown, Sunday 27 June – Friday 9 July 2021.
Visitors are permitted to walk through the parks for exercise in groups of 10 or less. No other sporting activities are permitted.
Hudson Park Driving Range remains open. Visitors are reminded to social distance (1 person per 4 square meters) and must wear masks.
COUNCIL EVENTS AND PROGRAMS
Council events during the Sydney lockdown, Sunday 26 June – Friday 9 July, have been cancelled, including the Cooks River Fun Run and all Library programs.
