Request for Tender No: 02/2021 – Trade services Panel
Description: Strathfield Council invites tenders for contractors to be appointed to Council’s Trade Services Panel. Council requires, from time to time, appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to carry out certain works for Council in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.
The following trades are being sought for this Panel: HVAC and air conditioning, carpentry and joinery, concreting, electrical (including data), fencing, glazing, landscaping, painting, paving, pest treatment and control, plumbing and gas fitting, roofing, gyprock and plastering, carpet / vinyl laying, asbestos removal, brick laying, rendering, removalist services, welding & steel fabrication, arborist services, horticultural services, general parks maintenance, scaffolding, skip bins and tiling.

Successful contractors will form Council’s Trade Services Panel for a period of two (2) years.

Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 23 March 2021 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield
Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield (preferred method); by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.
Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 2.00pm on 20 April 2021. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
