Request for Tender No: 06/2021 – Provision Of Legal Services – Legal Services Panel

Description: Strathfield Council invites tenders for the provision of legal services. Council requires, from time to time, appropriately experienced and qualified legal service providers, from a wide range of disciplines related to local government, to provide Council with legal services in an effective and efficient manner.

Successful legal service providers will form Council’s Legal Services Panel for a period of two (2) years with an option to renew for a further two (2) years.

Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 16 April 2021 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield (preferred method); by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 2.00pm on 11 May 2021. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
