Event Management Panel for Strathfield Council LGA

Description: Council is seeking to establish a panel to assist with events by providing logistical support in terms of infrastructure hire, bump in and bump out. This tender would cover all annual events, and ad hoc events as required. Detailed description of the requirements can be found in Council’s Request for Tender document.

Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 01 December 2023 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield or

By post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: Tenders submitted through by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Requests for Further Information: Further information can be obtained by utilising Tenderlink and the Tenderlink Forum [not for lodgements]

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 5.00pm on 21 December 2023.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
