Development of The Strathfield Council Land and Property Strategy

Description: Council is seeking Tenders to initially undertake a Review of for all Strathfield Local Government Owned Land & Property sites, following the review and with ongoing Consultations with Council the Tenderer is to then prepare strategy for all Strathfield Local Government Owned Land & Property sites with prospects of purchasing/disposing or optimising the current property portfolio to better serve the community.

Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 09 November 2023 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield or

By post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: Tenders submitted through by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Requests for Further Information: Further information can be obtained by utilising Tenderlink and the Tenderlink Forum [not for lodgements]

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 2.00pm on 08 December 2023.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
