Description: Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake cleaning of Council’s buildings including Council’s Administrative Offices, Council’s Chamber and Town Hall, Libraries, Community Centre, Children’s Centre and Works Depot (Part A) as well Park Amenities blocks (Part B ).

Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 21 February 2024 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

By post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.
Note: Tenders submitted through by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 4.00pm on 29 March 2024.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
