Proposal to Grant a Licence over Community Land
In accordance with Section 47 (1) and (2) of the Local Government Act, 1993, public notice is given that Strathfield Municipal Council is proposing to enter into a new, up to 5- year Licence Agreement for the purpose of childcare services as below:

Any Person may make a submission in writing to council. Where a submission is by way of objection the grounds of the objection must be specified in the submission. All submissions, including any personal information contained in the submission will become publicly available documents and will be made available to the applicant and any other interested member of the public. They may also be included in Council’s business paper.
