Expression of Interest – 2024 Winter Season Sport Ground Allocation
The application for the 2024 Winter Season Sportfield allocation is now open.
The winter season will commence on 15th April 2024 and finishes on 1st September 2024. (Please note the dates shown has incorporated the 2 weeks resting period between the two seasons. Depending on the condition of the fields, Council’s maintenance team may require additional time for rest and maintenance. Council will confirm these dates towards the end of the allocation process.)
As all hirers should be aware, Council has adopted the Sports Ground Allocation Policy on 4th July 2023. This policy is an important document, as Council will determining and assessing all applications in accordingly. It is recommended that all hirers should familiarising themselves with the policy and providing supporting information with their applications. This document can be found on Council Website.
The application window will be closed at 4pm on the 18th December 2023. Please ensure all applications & supporting documents required to assess your application are provided via email bookings@strathfield.nsw.gov.au. If information that is too large via email, you may send an email with a OneDrive link to the booking email for Council to access. Please note that any applications received after the closing date will not be assessed.
