PROPOSAL: S4.55(2) Modification Application amend Condition 77 of the Consent to extend trading hours of the approved pub from 12am (midnight) to 2:00am – Monday to Saturday

A Section 4.55(2) Modification Application in relation to the subject site and pursuant to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 has been lodged by The Trustee for Iris Hotels Enfield Property Trust and received by Council in relation to the demolition of the existing structures and tree removal, construction of building containing three (3) industrial units and a four (4) storey hotel with a pub on the ground floor above two (2) levels of basement (comprising a retail premises and parking) and installation of associated signage.

This application is seeking to amend Condition 77 of the Consent to extend trading hours of the approved pub from 12am (midnight) to 2:00am – Monday to Saturday.

It should be noted that submissions will be made publicly available and may be referred to in a report to Council. Submissions should quote the DA reference number and Address at the top of this letter and be addressed to the General Manager and posted or sent by email to council@strathfield.nsw.gov.au before 5:00pm on 8 September 2023.

Please note that a person who makes a submission may also need to disclose reportable political donations and gifts made to a Councillor or employee of Council, as required by the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
