Strathfield Council will hold a free school holiday special screening of the Disney Pixar Oscar award winning hit Toy Story 3 at Strathfield Park on the big screen this school holidays.

All are invited to come along and enjoy a night of great family entertainment that follows up the story of Woody and Buzz Lightyear in a great escape adventure.

Released in 2010, some 11 years after Toy Story 2, the third edition in the Disney-Pixar classic was a hit at the box office, becoming the highest-grossing film of 2010 worldwide.

Using the latest in animation technologies, Toy Story 3 was nominated for five Academy Awards, including best picture, and took home Oscars for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song after already taking out a Golden Globe, BAFTA, Teen Choice Award and a Grammy in 2010.

Toy Story 3 will be shown on the big screen at Strathfield Park as a special school holiday edition of Strathfield Council’s Movies in the Park on Saturday 9 April at 6.30pm. All are invited to join in this free event, bring a picnic blanket, chairs, rug up and make a night of it with the family this school holidays.
