A Section 4.56 Modification Application in relation to the subject site and pursuant to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 has been lodged by CAIRICH ENTERPRISE PTY LTD and received by Council in relation to a previous court approval for demolition of existing structures and construction of a five (5) storey boarding house development with basement parking comprised of forty-six (46) boarding rooms including one (1) on-site manager room.
The subject application seeks for additions and internal configurations to boarding rooms, adjustment on floor levels, removal of one basement parking level and redesign parking layouts.
