Homebush TOD and s10.7 Planning Certificates

The NSW State Government has announced the gazettal of the rezoning of Homebush TOD Precinct. 

Given the changes to the zoning and property attributes within this precinct, customers may experience a delay in the processing times for s10.7 Planning Certificates within this precinct until such time as Council can update its mapping and property registers.
