Up and coming stars to perform at Strathfield Spring Festival

The Strathfield Spring Festival will feature some of Australia’s most exciting up and coming musical acts, including former stars of The X-Factor Australia, Trent Bell and Jayden Sierra.

The artists will join headline act Samantha Jade on the Spring Festival Main Stage on Sunday 6 September for a huge family fun day out on Father’s Day.

Jayden Sierra rose to fame as a member of the group The Collective, who finished third on season four of The X-Factor. He has since teamed up with his cousin Jack to continue his musical career. Trent Bell is also a former member of The Collective, and is now pursuing a solo career.

Both acts will appear on the main stage at the festival, and follow their performance with a meet and greet.

Following on from a YouTube series of cover songs performed in the bathroom, Jack and Jayden Sierra are excited to bring their show to the main stage.

“We both just love getting out there and performing. This will be our first time performing together in Strathfield, so we are looking forward to it!” the duo said.

Returning to the Spring Festival for the third time, 11 year old Jeremy Yong will look to continue to wow audiences with his guitar skills that saw him go through as the youngest semi-finalist in Australia’s Got Talent history in 2011.

Hosted by Strathfield Council, the festival will celebrate Father’s Day with something for the whole family. A Sports Quarter will feature motocross shows and martial arts demonstrations. A dedicated Kidz World will have the children entertained for hours with performers and activities, plus enjoy carnival rides, merchandise stalls, community displays, food and giveaways.
