Strathfield Council encourages local youth to get snapping

Youth Week is an opportunity for young people to express their ideas and talents, share their views on issues that affect their lives and enjoy activities and events.

As part of 2015 Youth Week celebrations, Strathfield Council is running a photo competition with great prizes on offer.

The competition is designed to highlight individual perceptions of what life in Strathfield is like for young people. Judges will be looking for creative visual representations of daily life and activities in the area.

Entrants can submit photos in three categories; a portrait, a place, or a day in the life of Strathfield. The winning submission in each category will win a Samsung Galaxy 4 Tablet and will be displayed on the Strathfield Council website.

The competition is open to all young people aged 12-25 who are living or studying in Strathfield.
