Sleigh Bells Ringing for Strathfield Christmas Carols

Sleigh bells will be ringing in Strathfield Park for the annual Christmas Carol festival on Saturday 5 December at Strathfield Park between 6pm and 10pm.

This free concert includes a variety of entertainment for people of all ages including a special guest appearance from Santa. The night kicks off with some of your favourite carols from the Australian Youth Choir, Marianna Singers and much more. Then prepare to be amazed by the talents of local dance group Elevate Performing Arts.

The Voice star Lyndall Wennekes will swoon residents with her angelic voice followed by the movie premier of Home, a DreamWorks animation starring the voices of Jim Parsons, Rihanna and Jennifer Lopez. The evening will conclude with a firework spectacular.

Residents can join in the carolling fun by picking up a copy of their song book in the December Strathfield Scene or from the Strathfield Council marquee on the night.

The evening will be jam-packed with entertainment for everyone including a petting zoo, face painting, jumping castle, show bag stall and much more.

Residents are welcome to bring a picnic however Strathfield Rotary will also be cooking up a sausage sizzle feast to raise money for local charities. There will be a collection drive held on the night to donate Christmas presents to the Salvation Army who will distribute among those less fortunate this festive season.
