Smoking in Strathfield CBD is now prohibited and as the education period has come to an end, penalties will apply. Fines are $110 for smoking in Strathfield Square and up to $250 for littering cigarette butts.

Strathfield Council will be enforcing the no smoking policy going forward to create a smoke-free Strathfield that is beneficial for everyone and the environment.
