Description: Strathfield Council invites tenders for the Supply, Installation & Maintenance of Parking Meters in Strathfield Local Government Area

This contract will include but not be limited to the supply, installation and commissioning of 15 Pay & Display Parking Meters in the Strathfield Local Government Area and the installation and commission of a communication and management system.

The Communication and Management System will be hosted by the Service Provider; however, Council will need to have a 24-hour secure internet link allowing access to all relevant information (alarms, faults, statistics, audits and reports).

Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 15 March 2023 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

(Preferred method); by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 5.00pm on 5 April 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
