Request for Tender No: 02.2023

Description: Strathfield Council invites tenders from eligible experienced respondents for a upgrade and or new golf driving facility within Council’s new District Park at Hudson Park, Strathfield. The opportunities offered by the council in this tender are, either:

a) the design and construction of upgrading driving range netting/fencing, and/or
b) the design, construction of the new driving range and operation of facility under a ten (10) year licence with (two) addition 5-year licence options.

Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 22 March 2023 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

(Preferred method); by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 2.00pm on 21 April 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
