DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT ROTUNDA AT STRATHFIELD PARK
Description: Strathfield Council invites tenders for an appropriately qualified and experienced contractor to remove the existing Rotunda structure at Strathfield Park and design and construct a new Rotunda for the location.
Tenderers will be presented with three (3) options for design and construct:
- Replicate existing design
- New circular design
- Multi-sided octagonal design
The successful tenderer will be required to complete the works by 31 March 2021.

Obtaining Documentation: Tender documents will be available from 29 September 2020 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield
Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield
(preferred method); by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.
Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 2.00pm on 22 October 2020. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
