On 2 May 2023, Council resolved to place on public exhibition the Strathfield Council draft Delivery Program 2022-2026, 2023-2024 Operational Plan and Budget, and the 2023-2024 Fees and Charges.
The draft plans were prepared and exhibited in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993.
The draft plans are on public exhibition from 3 May 2023 until 31 May 2023. The plans can be viewed at:

- Council’s Customer Service Centre – 65 Homebush Road, Strathfield
- Strathfield Library – 65-67 Rochester Street Homebush.
Written submissions may be made until 31 May 2023. Submissions are invited and should be sent to the General Manager (include reference: CSP 2023), Strathfield Council, PO Box 120, Strathfield NSW 2135 or emailed to council@strathfield.nsw.gov.au.
A further report will be prepared in response to public submissions and presented to an extraordinary meeting of Strathfield Council on 27 June 2023.
