ADDRESS:             14 Rochester Street Homebush 

TITLE:                      Lot: F DP: 435796

PROPOSAL:         Demolition of existing structures and construction of a 35 room boarding house over two levels of basement car parking.

Council wishes to inform you of the abovementioned Development Application as you are the owner/occupier of land which adjoins or is in the vicinity of the affected development site.

A Development Application in relation to the subject site has been lodged by B & L Touma Pty Ltd for Demolition of existing structures and construction of a 35 room boarding house over two levels of basement car parking.

Council encourages you to view the application, associated documentation and plans from Council’s website at https://www.strathfield.nsw.gov.au/develop/developmentapplications/ until the 30 October 2020 

Should you wish to make a written submission, the grounds of any objection should be clearly stated with your name and address printed on the letter. If you do not provide your details, your submission will be included and considered, however we will not be sending an acknowledgement letter and you will not be informed of the outcome.  It should be noted that submissions will be made publicly available and may be referred to in a report to Council.  Submissions should quote the DA reference number and Address at the top of this letter and be addressed to the CEO and posted or sent by email to council@strathfield.nsw.gov.au before 5:00pm on 30 October 2020

 

Please note that a person who makes a submission may also need to disclose reportable political donations and gifts made to a Councillor or employee of Council, as required by the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
