Planned System Upgrade

As part of our commitment to provide you with efficient customer experiences, we are pleased to inform you that we are upgrading our corporate computer systems from 13 to 18 August 2019.

During this period the processing of some customer transactions may take longer than normal and we appreciate your patience during this time.  We apologise for any inconvenience that might be caused by this upgrade and sincerely thank you for your support and understanding during this time.

From Monday 19 August 2019 our systems will return to full capacity and we look forward to supporting our customers with more efficient customer experiences.
