Expression of Interest E5/2022:  Fit out & Operate café at Hudson Park

Description: Strathfield Council invites EOIs from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to fit out and operate a café in Hudson Park, under a licence for 5-years (with an option for another 5 years).

The intention of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process is to establish if there is significant interest and benefit to the community to proceed with this business case.

A detailed description of the requirements and selection criteria can be found in Council’s EOI Information Kit.

Obtaining Documentation: The EOI Information Kit will be available from 16 December 2022 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield (preferred method); by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Requests for Further Information: Further information can be obtained by utilising Tenderlink and posting questions on the Tenderlink Forum or from Chris Nascimento, Manager Corporate Services, or Mary Rawlings, Acting Manager, Property and Risk by telephone on (02) 9748 9999. For probity and transparency reasons some queries may be redirected to the Tenderlink Forum and not answered over the phone.

Deadline: EOI submissions will be accepted up until 2.00pm on 30 January 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify applicants from the EOI process.
