EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 02/2020 – Operation of a Canteen at Bressington Park

Description: Strathfield Council invites EOIs from suitably qualified and experienced applicants to submit proposals for to operate a canteen at Bressington Park, Homebush, for a two (2) year period with permitted operating hours between 8am to 6pm seven (7) days of the week.

A detailed description of the requirements can be found in Council’s Expression of Interest document.

Obtaining Documentation: EOI documents will be available from 8 July 2020 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: EOIs may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield (preferred method); by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

EOI applications may be sent by email to Strathfield Council.  The email address is tender@strathfield.nsw.gov.au and ‘EOI to Operate a Canteen at Bressington Park’ should be titled in the subject of the email. Please ensure that any supporting documentation is attached to the email prior to sending.

Note: EOIs submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Requests for Further Information: Further information can be obtained by utilising Tenderlink and posting questions on the provided forum or from Council’s Solicitor, Chris Nascimento by email at tender@strathfield.nsw.gov.au.

Deadline: Tenders will be accepted up until 5.00pm on 29 July 2020. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
