Expression of Interest E6/2022: Lease of Burlington Road Office Premises

Description: Strathfield Council invites EOIs from suitable businesses to lease its office unit and eleven car spaces at 1/29 – 35 Burlington Road, Homebush, NSW 2040

Council is interested in gauging interest in the above proposal. Subject to an evaluation of submissions, Council may at its discretion then undertake a selective tender for the project accordingly.

Obtaining Documentation: The EOI Information Kit will be available from 16 December 2022 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield (preferred method); by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: EOI submissions will be accepted up until 2.00pm on 31 January 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify applicants from the EOI process.
