Expression of Interest 03/21:  Design and Construct Fragrant Garden at Hudson Park

Description: Strathfield Council invites EOIs from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to undertake all necessary consultancy services including Design Development, Construction Documentation and Construction Stage Services for the new proposed fragrant garden to be delivered as part of stage 1 of Hudson District Park East.

The intention of the Expression of Interest (EOI) process is to establish if there is significant interest and benefit to the community to proceed with this project by inviting quotes for the Design & Construct of a Fragrant Garden at the Hudson District Park.

Obtaining Documentation: The EOI Information Kit will be available from 3 May 2021 and can be accessed via Council’s electronic tendering system, Tenderlink, at www.tenderlink.com/strathfield

Lodgement: Tenders may be lodged electronically via www.tenderlink.com/strathfield (preferred method); by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135; or by hand into Council’s tender box located in Council’s Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.

Note: Tenders submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of a full set of electronic documents (PDF) on CD, DVD or USB.

Deadline: EOI submissions will be accepted up until 2.00pm on 31 May 2021. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Canvassing of any Council members or officers will disqualify applicants from the EOI process.
