One of the most popular attractions in Strathfield, the Hudson Park Driving Range is being upgraded!

The work  includes:

  • New netting
  • Levelling the driving range and installing synthetic grass
  • Installation of multi-coloured bunkers and greens

These works are part of the wider transformation of Hudson Park, from an under-utilised golf course, to a green space  with recreation facilities open to all the community.

The Driving Range will be closed whilst these works are undertaken.

Update 30 March 2022

This project has been delayed due to extensive rain. It is now expected to be completed in May 2022.

However, locals will notice that the new netting was able to be installed just before the recent rain system appeared. Bringing us another step closer to opening this local favourite again!

Update 9 May 2022

The rainy weather continues to cause delays in the completion of this project. Netting on 3 sides of the range has been installed, and the final side (along the oval) is underway. The synthetic turf is scheduled for installation at the end of May, weather permitting.

The updated completion date is end of June.
