EOI - Feasibility Study for Leisure Centre


For development and preparation of a business case / feasibility study for a new leisure centre for aquatic and indoor sports

Strathfield Council invites EOIs from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to lead in the development and preparation of a business case that is consistent with NSW Treasury and Office of Local Government Guidelines.

The business case shall provide the rationale and supporting evidence to assist decision makers with the evaluation of the options for the development of a new leisure centre for aquatic and indoor sports to be located in a new District Park at Hudson Park, Strathfield.

Submissions made under this EOI must include a statement of capability and experience of the Respondent as well as consultants and sub-consultants intended to be engaged by the Respondent.

EOIs will be accepted up until 5pm on 19 December 2018. EOIs may be submitted by using Strathfield Council E-Tendering System (Tenderlink) or by email to tender@strathfield.nsw.gov.au

EOIs can also be submitted by post or at the counter at Strathfield Council, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield. Late submissions will not be accepted.
