On 7 August 2018, Council resolved to place a new Councillors Expenses and Facilities Policy on public exhibition. The draft Policy can be viewed here.
The draft Policy will be on public exhibition from 9 August 2018 until 6 September 2018 and can also be viewed at:

- Strathfield Library – 65-67 Rochester Street, Homebush
- High Street Community Library – 64 High Street, Strathfield
