Council offers a range of activities for all its residents including seniors.
Twilight Tours present an ideal opportunity for local Seniors to enjoy the rich night time activities Sydney has to offer. Please see the flyer below for tour options and dates.
These ‘fitter and stronger’ exercise classes are designed to improve balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. Held every Thursday during school term.
Line dancing is a fun and easy way to get fit and make new friends! No previous experience is necessary as the instructor will show you all the basic steps to get you started. Held every Wednesday during school term.

Strathfield West Senior Citizens Club Inc
Strathfield West Senior Citizens Association (for people aged 50 years+) meets at the Strathfield Community Centre, Days vary, call for more details. 9.00am and 12.00pm. Activities include bridge, indoor bowls, Tai Chi, folk art, crafts and outings. Membership is $20 per annum and $25 for couples (ie husband and wife). A Birthday Party and Christmas Party is held annually.
Fees: $2.00 per day includes admission and morning tea.
Location: Strathfield Community Centre, 1B Bates Street Homebush.
Disability access: The centre has disabled access (ramp, disabled toilets, disabled parking).

Strathfield Croquet Club
Croquet can help you get fitter and healthier, and it's a great outdoor social activity for seniors.
