There has been recent speculation in the media surrounding the proposed Australian Korean Memorial Gardens at Bressington Park and the number of playing fields they will occupy.

There are currently 3 playing fields at Bressington Park as well as the hill at the back of the park. Strathfield Council would like to confirm that only the front first playing field (and potentially the second middle playing field) is the proposed site for the Memorial Gardens.

The third playing field will remain intact and the hill at the back which is double the size of the proposed area for the Gardens will be remodelled as new playing fields.
