Treading Lightly is a program of free workshops and events designed to promote healthy and sustainable living. The program focuses on developing practical skills, building networks and fostering a community that can live and work more sustainably.

The Treading Lightly program is a joint initiative of five Inner West councils including Strathfield, Burwood, Canada Bay and Inner West Councils. The workshop series is planned six months in advance, with monthly events held in most of the Council areas.
