Heritage Conservation Area:  Abbotsford Road Nos.1-101, 2-104, Meredith Street Nos.7-9 and Rochester Street Nos.57-63

Abbotsford Road Conservation Area is located within the 1878 Underwood Estate.  This conservation area is located in the suburb of Homebush.  Abbotsford Road precinct contains a consistently high quality streetscape with housing dating from the late nineteenth and early twentieth century.  There is some modern infill but generally it is unobtrusive.  The streetscape is tied together with mature street planting and well maintained gardens.

Abbotsford Road is of particular significance for its architectural and aesthetic qualities that combine to form a diverse streetscape of high quality.
