The Strathfield Library will host four free HSC seminars from 12 June to assist students sitting this year’s HSC.
Now in its third year, the popular HSC seminar program is a great opportunity for local students in the Municipality to gain valuable tips as part of their exam preparation.
The program will include the following seminars:
Thursday 12 June
Studies of Religion presented by Patricia Hayward
Tuesday 17 June
English (Standard) Paper 1 Creative writing component presented by Lyndal Hough
Thursday 19 June
English “The Journey” presented by Gillian Lovell
Wednesday 25 June
Modern History WW1 core history unit presented by Bruce Dennett
The seminars will be held between 4.30pm and 6pm at Strathfield Library located at 65-67 Rochester Street, Homebush. Bookings are essential. To make a booking or for further information contact Council’s Young Adults and Childrens Librarian, Robyn Simms on 8762 0212 between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
