Strathfield Council is showing eight blockbusters at Strathfield Park over the Spring and Summer months under its ‘Movies on the Big Screen’ program.

The popular program is now in its eighth year and attracts people from not only the Strathfield Municipality, but from all over Sydney.

Community members are welcome to bring along a picnic basket and rug, and join in the fun of a night out at the movies under the stars in one of Strathfield’s most popular recreational parks.

The movies to be screened over the Spring and Summer months include:

•    31 October – ‘Confessions Of A Shopaholic’ Rated PG

•    14 November – ‘Australia’ Rated M

•    28 November – ’17 Again’ Rated PG

•    30 January  – ‘Bolt’ Rated G

•    13 February – ‘The Proposal’ Rated PG

•    27 February – ‘The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas’ Rated M

•    13 March – ‘High School Musical 3’  Rated PG

•    27 March – ‘Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince’ Rated M

NB – Movies are subject to change.

Entry is free and the movies commence at 8pm each evening.
